Eight 2-way scientific viewers display 1" knit squares, each with a different pattern. Viewers are allowed to examine the constructional make-up of the cloth from the top and bottom. Next to each viewer is the knitted pattern. The simplified instructions of knit and purl stitches resembles basic principals in computer programming.
